It started as PhaRmLogs, a daily vial count reminder for his own crew. Southern California departments asked for it. Then they asked for narcotics and inventory tracking, and the platform kept growing with them. It became TraxWorx in 2022 and was rebranded to Emergency Logs in 2024. The parent company is still PhaRmlogs LLC, and it is still family owned.
