Founder Denny Munson spent more than three decades in Fire and EMS. He watched good departments run narcotics counts, rig checks and inventory on clipboards and spreadsheets, and he watched what that cost them in time and in accountability.

It started as PhaRmLogs, a daily vial count reminder for his own crew. Southern California departments asked for it. Then they asked for narcotics and inventory tracking, and the platform kept growing with them. PhaRmLogs was rebranded to Emergency Logs at the end of 2024, heading into January 2025. The parent company is still PhaRmlogs LLC, and it is still family owned.
