- Your role and department size, if you provide them
- The modules you are interested in, and anything you write in the message
field
If you email or call us, we collect the information you choose to share in that
communication.
Information collected automatically. When you visit this
website, our web server records standard technical information, including your
IP address, browser type, the pages you request, and the date and time of each
request. When you submit a form, we also record your IP address, browser type,
and the page the form was submitted from.
Spam protection. To keep automated submissions out, our forms
check how a submission was made, such as how long the form was open and whether
it was filled in through normal keyboard, mouse, or touch activity. These checks
look only at timing and activity counts, not at the content of your keystrokes.
Please do not submit patient information, protected health information,
controlled-substance records, passwords, or other sensitive information through
the website's forms.

monitor abuse, then deleted.
- Web server logs are kept for up to 90 days, unless we need them longer to

connections, and access to form submissions is limited to authorized personnel
who need it to respond to inquiries. No method of transmitting or storing

Children
This website is intended for emergency service agencies, organizations, and
their personnel. It is not directed at children under 13, and we do not
knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has
given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

the revised policy on this page and update the Effective Date at the top. If we
