Absolutely. Not only are Emergency Logs solutions adaptable to meet the specific needs of your department, we also offer custom programming for unique requirements. Customizations commonly include reporting, user permissions and workflow changes.

It is published. Narcotics Compliance is $1,200 a year per agency. Station Essentials is $1,200 a year for the first station and $400 for each added station. Full Suite, every module, is $2,400 for the first station and $700 for each added station. Volunteer departments take 25 percent off. Setup is waived on a 2-year term. Narcotics Compliance, Station Essentials and Full Suite come with a 90-day money-back guarantee. The 90 days start on your go-live date, not the day you sign. If it isn't right for your department, send us a written request within those 90 days and we refund the first year's subscription and any setup fee you paid, no questions asked. On a 2- or 3-year term, we refund the first year's payment and cancel the rest of the term.

Yes, up to 25 checklists at no charge. Send us the paper check sheets your crews use today, as photos, scans, PDFs or spreadsheets, to sales@emergencylogs.com. We build them in Emergency Logs so your crews start on day one with the checks they already know. After that, your people can change them any time.

Yes. The PPAEMA Report Pack, included in Narcotics Compliance and Full Suite, prints four records from what your crews already enter: a biennial inventory count sheet, a DEA Form 41 destruction and dose waste record, a theft and loss review that tracks the DEA Form 106 deadlines, and a receipt log that checks Schedule II deliveries for a DEA Form 222 or CSOS number. It depends on the size of your organization and how much you turn on at once. The Narcotics Module can be running in a few days. Standing up the entire suite, with data import and training, usually takes a few months.

Every agency gets its own dedicated database on its own subdomain. Your records are not pooled with another department's, and access is controlled by the roles you define for your own personnel.

No. Most departments start with one or two modules, usually narcotics or truck checks, and add others as budget and appetite allow. Everything runs on the same login, so adding a module later does not mean learning a new system.

Yes. Emergency Logs runs in the browser, so it works on whatever your crews already carry. There is no app to install and no separate mobile license. Barcode and QR scanning use the device camera.
