What's New in Emergency Logs

Emergency Logs gets better every month. Here is what we added, improved and fixed, newest first. Updates reach every department at no extra cost.

October 2026

NewSCBA

Mask inspections

Inspect each facepiece after use, monthly and every year, with Pass or Fail on every item. A failed mask comes out of service until it passes again, and the dashboard shows which masks are due.

See the SCBA module
NewSCBA

Mask history

Every issue, reassignment, return and move for each mask, with who made the change and when. Fit tests and inspections sit on the same page.

NewSCBA

Cylinder rotation report

See which cylinders get filled the most and which sit idle, with suggested swaps to spread the wear. Cylinders close to their hydro date are never suggested.

ImprovedSCBA

Progress bar on the daily check

A progress bar stays at the top of the SCBA daily check while you scroll. Green for pass, red for fail. Tap a segment to jump to that item.

FixedSCBA

Hydro due dates

The next hydro is now due 5 years after the last test, not counted from the manufacture date. Cylinders that already passed their test no longer show as due.

FixedNarcotics

Inventory dashboard counts

The Controlled Inventory and Location Inventory pages now count only vials on hand. Administered and destroyed vials no longer show as stock.

NewNarcotics

PPAEMA Report Pack

Biennial inventory worksheet, Form 41 destruction records, Form 106 loss and theft records with deadline tracking, and a Form 222 receipt log. All built from records you already keep, ready to print.

FixedNarcotics

Broken vial returns

Vials returned to the vault from the broken vial screen now stay in stock as they should.
